This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans purchased through the Dokomat platform at https://dokomat.com. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Billing
1.1. All Dokomat subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis in Polish Złoty (PLN).
1.2. Available plans:
- Starter: 49.99 PLN/month
- Professional: 99.99 PLN/month
- Enterprise: 199.99 PLN/month
1.3. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your billing cycle begins on the date of your first payment.
2. Cancellation
2.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
2.2. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- You retain full access to all features until the billing period expires.
2.3. Cancellation does not result in an automatic refund for the current billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Consumer Right)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:
- Contact us at info@softaffairs.com within 14 days of your first payment.
- Clearly state your wish to withdraw from the subscription.
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
3.2. Service Unavailability
If the Platform experiences a significant outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period, you may request a prorated refund for the affected days. Contact our support team with details of the disruption.
3.3. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any confirmed billing errors within 7 business days.
3.4. Plan Downgrades
When downgrading to a lower-priced plan:
- The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
- No partial refund is issued for the remaining days on the higher plan.
- You retain full access to the higher plan’s features until the billing period ends.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After the 14-day cooling-off period for voluntary cancellations
- If your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions
- For partial months of service usage (unless covered by Section 3.1 or 3.2)
- If you fail to cancel before the next billing cycle renewal
5. How Refunds Are Processed
5.1. All refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method.
5.2. Refund processing time:
- Refund initiation: within 7 business days of approval
- Bank processing: 5–10 additional business days depending on your bank
5.3. Refunds are issued in the original currency (PLN).
6. Plan Changes and Upgrades
6.1. When upgrading to a higher plan, you will be charged the price difference prorated for the remainder of your current billing period.
6.2. Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment.
7. Free Trial
7.1. If Dokomat offers a free trial period in the future, no charge will occur during the trial. You will be notified before any automatic charge at the end of the trial period.
